SPECS

All information and documentation for a camper van conversion box compatible with most van types. Includes DXF and PDF files for CNC cutting on 15 mm (0.6″) or 18 mm (0.7″) plywood. All components are designed to fit onto two plywood boards, each measuring 2500 mm x 1250 mm (98.4″ x 49.2″). A 3D assembly model for Rhinoceros and DXF files are also included.

After completing your order, you will receive four downloadable files in DXF and PDF formats with individual deck plans, plus a single DXF file containing the complete 3D model for the camper van conversion kit.

Materials Required

• Two plywood boards: Preferably birch plywood, 15 mm (0.6″) or 18 mm (0.7″) thick
  • One board: 2500 mm x 1250 mm (98.4″ x 49.2″)
  • One laminated plywood board
• Wood glue
• Drawer slides: 2 pieces (19.5 mm wide x 53.5 mm high x 500 mm long / 0.77″ x 2.1″ x 19.7″)
• Screws: 10 pieces, 6 mm x 40 mm (0.24″ x 1.57″)
• Furniture cylinder nuts: 10 pieces, 10 mm x 16 mm, M6 (0.39″ x 0.63″)

For Telescopic Legs:

• Wing nuts: 4 pieces, M5
• Screws: 4 pieces, M5 x 50 mm (1.97″)

For Bed Frame Connection:

• Belt: 4 meters of 20 mm wide (13 ft, 1 in x 0.8″) and 2 meters of 40 mm wide (6 ft, 6.7 in x 1.6″)
